About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Advisory Manager to join our team at Selby Jennings. As a key member of our Compliance function, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance to our Global Markets business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide independent and objective advice to stakeholders on compliance risks and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Deliver regular training and awareness sessions to staff on compliance matters.
- Support the governance and reporting work on Global Markets Compliance items.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Global Markets team to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in Compliance or Legal role, with a minimum of 5-7 years of prior experience.
- High level of knowledge of French and European legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in overseeing Compliance risk as risk steward.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills (French and English).
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in coordination with executives at all levels.
