Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Biesse Group. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Biesse products and increasing sales volume in a specific area or market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and service departments, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product innovations, and market trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet business objectives, including revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industry machinery sector.
- Technical diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven attitude.
