Position Title: Global Logistics Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison for clients, overseeing an international portfolio related to spare parts and serial production logistics.
- Advocate for client interests on-site, working in close collaboration with production and sales leadership.
- Oversee the integration of client requests into the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system, ensuring compliance with timelines and minimizing variances.
- Enhance workload management based on resource availability, negotiating delivery timelines effectively.
- Formulate sales projections and track their realization.
- Develop and oversee the Production Master Schedule, addressing any discrepancies that arise.
- Monitor daily progress of the Production Master Schedule in conjunction with production teams, managing both advancements and delays, and alerting on potential shortages.
- Execute action plans for clients, establishing commitments and tracking progress.
- Administer and refresh client portals.
- Compile product delivery documentation, coordinate transportation logistics, and confirm shipments to clients.
- Review billing processes and resolve any disputes that may occur.
- Manage packaging requirements efficiently.
- Ensure the continuity and accuracy of information within the ERP system (SAP).
- Design logistics strategies for new product introductions.
- Economically manage product end-of-life and obsolescence processes.
- Contribute to site development by actively engaging in various projects.
- Assist in the formulation of the Industrial and Commercial Strategy, verifying capacity and quantifying necessary resources.
- Participate in the ongoing enhancement of logistical processes and oversee the management of logistical non-conformities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in logistics, business administration, or procurement.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
- Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
- Compensation range between 35,000€ and 45,000€ Gross Annual.
