Your Team:
Within the engineering division of the Paris office of Technip Energies, you will contribute to the Regulatory Compliance section. With 60 years of experience in energy project design, the division is composed of 600 people representing all the disciplines present on our installations.
Your Playground:
Within a multicultural task force, you will participate in the engineering and design of projects carried out by TEN France for various business lines of the group, including decarbonized solutions, LNG, and biofuels. You will be in interface with teams from other disciplines within TEN and our international partners.
Your Daily Activity:
- Establish, maintain and implement project procedures related to regulatory compliance.
- Ensure suitable reporting to project management and clients.
- Review national regulations identified as applicable by the legal consultant and inform the project of regulations that have an impact in each project phase, supporting clarification when necessary.
- Ensure that documentation of regulatory compliance is robust and available.
- Establish and maintain a permitting register.
- Establish and implement a CE marking strategy, coordinating and supporting the project for applicable European Directives; PED, ATEX, Machinery Directive, EMC, LV, etc. Adapt the workflow and cascade requirements to vendors and subcontractors. Establish and execute contracts with Notified Bodies.
- For Classification, Flag, and Verification, establish and execute contracts with third-party organizations. Ensure that all exchanges with third parties are performed in a timely manner and are of the right quality. Ensure that requirements are cascaded to vendors/subcontractors if required and final certification is received on time.
- Support projects in Performance Standard coordination.
Your Assets for Success:
You are the ideal profile if you have an engineering degree and relevant work experience in the oil and gas or renewable energy industry, and experience working with third-party organizations, national authorities. You enjoy working in multicultural teams, highlighting your qualities of flexibility and openness.
You possess good communication and coordination skills, the ability to work with third-party organizations, local authorities, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internally with multiple disciplines.
You have an understanding of industrial projects in the energy sector. Analytical and organizational mindset, together with effectiveness in building and implementing new processes and procedures, are highly valued.
Your spirit of synthesis, dynamism, and a good level of English will be key to integrating you quickly and performing in our teams.
