With more than 200 professionals from various backgrounds, including operational, medical, scientific, and financial expertise, our team is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the healthcare investment landscape. Notably, half of our Investment Committee members are former CEOs from the healthcare sector.

Role Overview

As an Entity Manager, you will be an integral part of the Funds Finance team, reporting directly to the Director. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering legal documentation, structure charts, and cap tables from all holding entities, ensuring quarterly updates.
  • Coordinating with the Conducting Officer in Luxembourg to monitor the Luxembourg holding companies and their valuations.
  • Collaborating with the Fund Finance teams to prepare quarterly valuations based on data from intermediary holding entities.
  • Overseeing the operational monitoring of new entities, including accounting service providers, banks, and auditors.
  • Working closely with the deals team prior to closing, managing the investment process, reviewing fund flows, and legal documentation drafts.
  • Maintaining board structures, archiving minutes, and monitoring board composition.
  • Participating in the boards of all Luxembourg entities, collecting and analyzing updates from portfolio companies for presentation to the boards.
  • Contributing to the annual closing of Luxembourg entities and reviewing financial appendices and analytical accounting.
  • Collecting annual accounts from all entities.
  • Engaging in PICs and ICs to monitor deal flow, coordinating with the Fund Finance teams, and assessing potential cash/quota impacts alongside the Risk Manager.
  • Managing daily operations related to entities, including LTIP, preferred shares, capital increases, and dilution.
  • Ensuring effective cash monitoring.
  • Coordinating with CFOs of portfolio companies for regular and ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in audit, Private Equity, or Financial Services in a comparable role.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting and financial principles.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is also desirable.
