Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the development and launch of new offers for our company, Somfy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex international projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire new offer project lifecycle, from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with our Quality, Cost, and Time (QCT) objectives.
- Organize and coordinate project contributors, ensuring resource availability, communicating project progress, and making informed decisions.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Innovation, R&D, Mechanical, Electronic, Software Design, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Distribution Subsidiaries.
- Frequent travel is expected (20-30% of the time), but arrangements can be made in advance to accommodate individual constraints.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing complex, international projects, preferably in technical product development.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on anticipating and mitigating risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English (B2 minimum) for effective communication with global teams.
