LHH Recruitment Solutions, a leading recruitment and interim management consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the Investment Department, you will be responsible for all aspects of portfolio acquisition, from pricing to integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to maximize portfolio value
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisitions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired portfolios
- Prepare and present investment proposals to senior management and clients
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or portfolio management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
