Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at OET Automation. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading industrial projects in the agro-food and cereal sectors, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project phases, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with project scope, quality, and timeline
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and clients
- Prepare and lead project meetings, including status updates and progress reviews
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and dashboards
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong background in industrial automation and MES
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in French a plus
