Mission
Les équipes de Hs Mittweida s'engagent à devenir le partenaire de confiance des Chief Technology Officers (CTO) dans leurs projets de transformation technologique et organisationnelle. Nous travaillons avec des clients de premier plan, tant nationaux qu'internationaux, dans divers secteurs tels que la finance, l'énergie, le transport, le luxe, les services et le secteur public.
Défis à relever
Face à l'accélération de la digitalisation, à l'urgence de la transition écologique et à une concurrence accrue, les CTO doivent faire face à plusieurs enjeux cruciaux :
1. Développer des infrastructures technologiques plus agiles et orientées vers les affaires, afin de soutenir les données et les applications.
2. Transformer les organisations IT pour les rendre plus efficaces, flexibles et centrées sur la valeur client.
3. Instaurer une démarche numérique responsable.
Exemples de missions
- Élaborer des stratégies de transformation des systèmes d'information vers le Cloud pour des leaders du secteur énergétique, en cadrant les aspects financiers, technologiques et organisationnels.
- Concevoir le socle technologique et l'usine de développement pour un acteur majeur du secteur bancaire, incluant la mise en œuvre sur des plateformes cloud et le déploiement de pratiques DevOps.
- Évaluer l'empreinte carbone des activités numériques et établir un plan d'amélioration pour des entreprises de luxe.
- Dans le cadre de fusions et acquisitions, diriger le programme d'autonomisation IT d'une entité d'un grand groupe industriel, en supervisant l'ensemble des périmètres applicatifs et organisationnels.
