About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing site, including the management and maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic facilities road-map and annual operating plan to drive business continuity and excellence.
- Lead and manage the facilities maintenance program, including maintenance repairs and operations, to ensure adherence to business continuity plans and manufacturing standards.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the facilities team to implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working, including preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams, and progressive maintenance.
- Interface with key stakeholders to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities, and deliver company objectives and goals.
Requirements
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with experience in TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts, Safety and GMP standards.
- An engineer with a strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise, spare parts management, and SAP PM module end-user knowledge.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment, with demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
