We are seeking an experienced Expert in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA to optimize and manage end-to-end billing operations.
About the Role- Design, implement, and streamline O2C workflows ensuring accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Configure and maintain O2C modules within SAP S/4HANA, focusing on billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable functionalities.
- Analyze and enhance O2C processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage accurate and timely invoice generation, proactively addressing discrepancies and resolving errors to maintain high operational standards.
- Develop and Implement O2C Solutions: Lead the design and development of end-to-end O2C workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- SAP S/4HANA Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain O2C modules within SAP S/4HANA, focusing on billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable functionalities.
- Billing Operations Optimization: Analyze and enhance O2C processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Billing Operations Oversight: Manage accurate and timely invoice generation, proactively addressing discrepancies and resolving errors to maintain high operational standards.
- Revenue Recognition Compliance: Design and implement billing solutions compliant with global financial standards such as IFRS 15 and ASC 606, ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
- Integration and Customization: Collaborate with IT to design, build, and integrate SAP S/4HANA billing modules with other ERP components and third-party systems, tailoring solutions to organizational needs.
- Training and Support: Develop comprehensive documentation, provide training, and deliver ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption of newly designed O2C processes and tools.
- SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Proficiency in configuring and managing SAP S/4HANA O2C modules, including billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Order-to-Cash Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of the end-to-end O2C cycle, including order management, invoicing, and collections.
- Data Integration Skills: Expertise in integrating SAP S/4HANA with other ERP modules and external systems.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze billing data, identify trends, and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving SAP configuration and operational issues.
- Process Improvement: Experience in redesigning workflows to enhance accuracy and streamline billing operations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including finance, Tech, and operations, to align objectives.
