About the Role
The Project Management Officer (PMO) is a key position within the DSI Groupe, responsible for ensuring the effective management of projects within a complex organization. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the company's ambitions and improving its delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-construct a project methodology with all stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
- Establish a project management framework to govern the project lifecycle, including a common reference guide, project indicators, and a project dashboard.
- Coordinate projects by working closely with project managers to ensure that project deliverables are met, and that project timelines are respected.
- Monitor and control project progress, ensuring that milestones are achieved, and that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Evaluate risks and opportunities, and propose adjustments as necessary.
- Manage resources, ensuring that all necessary human resources are available to support project delivery.
- Ensure that financial commitments are respected in accordance with the approved budget.
- Produce regular reports on project progress (COPIL) and maintain an executive-level project portfolio management dashboard for the Group CFO and Group CIO.
- Establish and maintain a project tracking dashboard by domain for the DSI Group.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of project objectives and expected outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a project manager or PMO in an international group.
- Familiarity with project management tools and/or project portfolio management solutions is an asset.
