At NOV Inc, we are a company on a human scale (200 employees) that designs and produces heavy mechanical equipment for the industry in the Offshore world (Marine, Wind, Oil and Gas). Our production tool is modern and versatile, and we mainly work on small and medium series. Almost the entire manufacturing process takes place on the site in the Nantes region, from the first debit operations to final assembly and painting. With our experience in the field, we have acquired significant know-how in our market, allowing us to offer products of recognized quality.
Job Description:Service EngineerWe are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team. As part of the evolution of our organization, this role will be attached to the After Sales Service Manager and integrated into a department of around fifteen employees (France and International). You will evolve in an international context (worldwide) where you will work on the sites of our clients (predominantly offshore).
Responsibilities:- Commissioning: Assist the customer in the installation of equipment on site, carry out the necessary adjustments and tests for operation in accordance with the specifications, and train users in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- After-sales service: Ensure the maintenance of the mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic parts of the equipment based on existing diagrams and plans.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our After Sales Service Manager and other team members to achieve our goals.
Requirements:- Higher education in Technical and/or Industrial Maintenance
- Solid expertise in all areas of maintenance (mechanical, electrical engineering, automation, hydraulics, pneumatics) in an international context
- Fluent in English, which will be your daily working language
- Rigor, autonomy, relational agility, and a sense of responsibility
