About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Hospitality Business Intelligence R&D delivery team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met to the right quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality aspects of projects and initiatives
  • Build automation framework and reusable automation tests/test scripts using Selenium in Java
  • Work with Oracle and have hands-on experience in SQLs
  • Design and perform tests
  • Design and develop test cases and scripts, as needed
  • Prepare test environment, test data, and execute test cases
  • Give go/no-go for the customer's test campaign
  • Be responsible for project, product, or release quality control
  • Fix problem tracking records
  • Provide information to developers to fix defects
  • Check PTR fix and give go/no-go for the load of Production PTRs
  • Document software defects
  • Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery without gaps
  • Maintain good interpersonal relations with stakeholders
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing across different departments and stakeholders
About You

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of automation testing experience, advanced programming skills, and knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (e.g., Java). You should also have hands-on experience in performing backend testing using SQL across databases and be familiar with tools like Maven, JUnit, TestNG, and Jenkins.
