About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Portfolio Manager to join our team at Amundi. As a key member of our credit investment team, you will be responsible for managing EUR IG credit portfolios and credit positions, as well as developing overall credit investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EUR IG credit portfolios and credit positions within the EUR credit team, ensuring optimal performance and risk management.
- Develop and implement overall credit investment strategies, providing recommendations to the team and collaborating with other teams.
- Implement policies approved by management and the investment committee, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and maintain tools to support investment decisions, including monitoring systems and spreadsheets.
- Integrate ESG factors into the investment process, identifying materiality and assessing impact.
- Engage with internal and external resources, including financial analysts, ESG specialists, and portfolio managers, to enhance the credit process and deliver Amundi's views.
- Participate in sell-side and external research meetings, conferences, and one-to-one meetings with issuers to enhance the investment process.
- Proactively participate in investment and management projects, committees, and product creation initiatives.
- Interact with clients on investment-related issues, providing timely and effective support.
- Liaise with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Audit, Client Servicing, Investment Specialists, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Report to Senior Management on portfolio-related issues and update them on any developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in credit portfolio management and investment strategy development.
- Strong understanding of ESG factors and their impact on investment decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed investment decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
