Mission

Le Contract Manager Senior rapportera hiérarchiquement au Responsable du Centre de Compétences Projets & Offres (France) et fonctionnellement au référent worldwide contract management de la BU I&C.

Missions
  • Garantir les intérêts contractuels de la BU en apportant un support actif au bid manager (en collaboration avec les forces de ventes) en établissant (commentaires, rédaction, négociation en collaboration avec la direction juridique) un contrat (dans sa totalité) ou toute autre forme d'engagements qui répondent aux exigences du client tout en préservant les intérêts de Framatome et sa gouvernance.
  • Sur les projets (EDF et internationaux), en s'assurant de la compliance avec des exigences contractuelles et gérer les variations et réclamations des contrats en cours d'exécution (y compris les contrats de sous-traitance).
  • Participer à la stratégie contractuelle des projets en collaboration avec sa hiérarchie.
  • S'assurer que les obligations et droits contractuels sont respectés et connus par les équipe Projet.
  • S'assurer de la complétude de nos obligations vis-à-vis des sous-traitants et assurer un support à la direction des achats sur les réclamations de sous-traitants.
  • Rédaction et négociation avec le client de divers documents contractuels (avenants, side letters, Variations, courriers...).
  • Rédaction de réclamations et d'offres d'avenants, tout en assurant leur suivi et leur négociation.
  • Participation à la culture contractuelle sur les projets (formations, notes, newsletters...).
Profil

Profil diplômé d'une école de commerce, ingénieur ou droit, expérimenté (> 7 ans) ayant les compétences suivantes :

  • Connaître les bonnes pratiques de la gestion de contrats, des réclamations et des métiers de l'informatique (Infrastructures et Applications).
  • Très bonnes connaissances des contrats « marchés publics » EDF mais aussi FIDIC, NEC3 et « bespoke ».
  • Aptitude à comprendre les problématiques de différents domaines (juridique, technique, organisationnel, programmatique).
  • Capacité de synthèse et d'analyse, très bonnes qualités interpersonnelles en terme de communication, relation et écoute.
  • Sens commercial.
  • Aptitude à la négociation dans des environnements nationaux et internationaux complexes.
  • Leadership, adaptabilité et capacité à fédérer.
  • Bonnes connaissances juridiques en droit international.
  • Anglais opérationnel.
