Job Description:
We are seeking a production technician for our client, a specialist in large-scale battery industrialization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Commissioning equipment related to the assembly process and defining standard operating procedures.
• Collaborating with the product engineering team to optimize assembly processes for cell design.
• Improving the assembly process by increasing automation levels to reduce costs.
• Testing and validating cutting-edge technologies for assembly processes.
• Conducting root cause analyses of defects during assembly.

Required Profile:
Your profile should include:

• A Master's or engineering degree, preferably in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or materials disciplines.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in battery manufacturing processes.
• Strong skills in statistics and data analysis using tools such as Python, Matlab, and Minitab.
