As a key member of the Socomec Group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing industrial processes to enhance the company's competitiveness and improve its industrial performance.

 

In this role, you will ensure the successful deployment of projects and the operational implementation of the proposed organization, in line with the objectives, budget, and expected deadlines.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

·        Providing operational support for industrial and logistical processes at the Benfeld site, while respecting the objectives: safety / quality / deadline / cost

·        Leading projects and initiatives to re-design industrial and logistical tools, in accordance with the Lean Manufacturing & Lean Management reference framework

·        Contributing to the integration of production means during the launch of new products and production flows

·        Managing industrial investments through: specification of technical requirements, launch of tenders, tracking of realization, reception, and qualification

 

Your proactive approach will enable you to participate in the identification of risks and the evolution/improvement of methods, processes, and logistics.

Requirements

You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering (Bac+5) and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, including project management.

 

You have a good understanding of Lean Manufacturing/Lean Management tools and have ideally worked on projects involving time analysis. Knowledge of manufacturing techniques, assembly, and logistics is an added asset.

 

You are able to analyze situations, prioritize actions, and work in a network.

You are capable of leading and engaging various stakeholders in the project.
