As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Airbus Helicopters SAS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our Support & Services (S&S) deliverables. You will join the Support & Services Assurance Quality team and work closely with the Program Support Officer (PSO) to represent Quality Support on various areas, including new development programs, legacy programs, and process improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Represent Support & Services quality department on AH/AHD sites
- Deploy APQP methodology within ES and ensure method and tools application to prevent failures in S&S deliverables
- Contribute to the deployment of the S&S quality policy & objective
- Ensure through quality assurance that processes are in accordance with regulation and standards
- Support PSO function in operational quality and S&S performance improvement
- Participate in Maturity Gate reviews and evaluate deliverables maturity in accordance with O2 generic Maturity Gates (MET-024) and S&S reviews (MET-189)
- Ensure conformity of S&S reviews performed
- Contribute to identify Risks and Opportunities leading to potential negative or positive effects on quality objectives
- Follow-up, update and check the in force Quality Assurance Plans and propose any improvement action plan needed to maintain the contractual quality level
- Check and implement quality requirements of offers/contracts
- Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
