Social Intervention and Family Technician

ADMR is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Social Intervention and Family Technician.
MissionAs a Social Intervention and Family Technician, you will work with vulnerable individuals and families, providing social support, guidance, and empowerment to promote their autonomy and well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized projects to address the specific needs of each client.
- Facilitate social integration and autonomy through activities that promote daily living skills, parenting, and civic engagement.
- Provide information, guidance, and support to clients in accessing their rights, pursuing personal and professional goals, and integrating into society.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to develop collective actions and mediate relationships between individuals, communities, and organizations.
- Produce professional reports and documents.
- Holder of the State Diploma in Social Intervention and Family Technology (DETISF).
- Experience or beginners, depending on the assigned missions.
- Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills, autonomy, organizational skills, discretion, observation, and analysis skills, teamwork spirit.
- Valid driver's license required.
- CDI or CDD contract possible.
- Depending on the assigned missions.
- Salary according to the category of the collective convention of the branch of home care, assistance, care, and services at home (BAD).
