Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to donors, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receive and process donations, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored in the production room or sales floor.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Goodwill's standards for safety and efficiency.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading donations, providing support as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with diverse populations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or retail preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
