About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Negotiator to join our team at Nestenn in Vallet, France. As a key member of our commercial real estate team, you will be responsible for negotiating transactions and advising clients on acquisition and sale opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct real estate transactions and provide expert advice to clients on property acquisition and sale opportunities.
  • Search for and prospect new clients and properties.
  • Work closely with our administrative team to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Requirements
  • Previous commercial experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the local market and territory.
  • Valid driving license (Permis B).
