We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our team at Sopra Steria. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation across various industries, leveraging your expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and technology implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement
- Develop and maintain business requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
- Provide technical and functional support to users
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the development of user stories
- Identify and validate test cases, manage releases, and ensure proper parameterization
- Provide support to users and participate in the development of documentation and training materials
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science, engineering)
- At least 4 years of experience in a business analysis or related role
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business analysis, and process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of banking products and services, including instruments, titles, credit, and cash management
