We are looking for a talented HR Data Manager to join our team at Allianz. As a key member of our Global HR Department, you will be responsible for managing HR data for Allianz Partners Group.
Key Responsibilities- FTE Tracking and Controlling: Ensure accurate FTE tracking and controlling, aligning with business targets and TOM guidelines.
- HR Metrics Development: Develop and track key HR metrics, providing insights to support business decisions and Board of Management.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Interpret data to identify patterns and trends, contributing to business decisions and monthly reports.
- HR Costs Governance: Monitor HR costs, ensuring adequate governance and strategic review of spending and savings.
- Analytics Tool Management: Manage analytics tools, including SFA and Qlikview.
- Business School/University Degree in HR/Finance/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR or Finance controlling.
- Good understanding of technical subjects, including IT and project management.
- Rigorous, sharp, and analytical skills, with ability to analyze large datasets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Autonomy, confidentiality, honesty, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- MS Office skills, Qlikview a plus.
