Job Title: Country Manager Assistant Internship

About the Role

Voyage Privé is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Country Manager Assistant to support the growth of our markets in Germany, Switzerland, the UK, and Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis and Strategy
    • Analyse the competitive environment to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimise services and special operations
    • Report weekly and monthly on key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial and digital performance
  • Digital Marketing
    • Choose daily offers to meet customer needs
    • Define the best product mix for our customers
    • Manage special operations on our website
  • Business Development
    • Identify growth drivers with marketing and purchasing experts
    • Propose action plans to meet business challenges
    • Manage the implementation of plans and coordinate with departments

Requirements

  • Student of business studies or engineering at undergraduate or postgraduate level
  • Organised, analytical, and a fan of numbers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Adaptable and positive attitude to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to surpass self every day to achieve and exceed goals
  • Very good level of English essential; knowledge of market language a plus
