We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to join our team at Atos. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
