- Develop and oversee property rehabilitation initiatives from initial feasibility assessments to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feasibility Assessment - Structuring the Property Initiative
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments (technical, legal, financial, commercial).
- Estimate project budgets and evaluate profitability, while identifying technical viability and regulatory constraints.
- Project Design and Technical Oversight
- Direct Project Management
- Draft contractual documents for bidding, create the technical program, define specifications, and prepare necessary administrative paperwork.
- Manage the bidding process, supervise contract execution, and validate design documents to ensure adherence to the program and specifications.
Candidate Profile
- Technical expertise with at least 3 years of experience in property rehabilitation.
- Familiarity with construction principles and execution.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and planning abilities.
