About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Keolis, a leading global mobility company. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of mechanics, car body repair specialists, and electricians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of mechanics, car body repair specialists, and electricians to ensure the smooth operation of our bus fleet.
  • Develop and implement work schedules to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in various meetings with the workshop manager to discuss ongoing projects, performance, and disciplinary issues.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team members.
  • Encourage and motivate your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and control the repair work carried out by your team.
  • Communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure seamless bus maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on team performance and activities.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in bus or industrial vehicle maintenance.
  • Valid driving license (B permit) is required.
  • Having a D permit would be an asset.
  • CAP in mechanics or a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.

What We Offer:

  • A 39-hour workweek with flexible scheduling (4:00 AM - 11:30 AM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or 1:00 PM - 8:30 PM) to accommodate your needs.
  • 23 days of paid annual leave.
  • A competitive monthly salary between €2,800.00 and €2,930.00, depending on your profile.
  • A 13th month bonus.
