Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Cellular Microbiology Research Technician, you will play a vital role in our mission to develop innovative solutions for sustainable disease control in crops. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to team projects by assessing the effectiveness of new molecules using a panel of in vitro assays.
- Develop and operate automated systems, leveraging AI technologies and digital tools to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to achieve our goals.
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and contribute to the identification of next-generation products.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals with a scientific background in microbial cellular biology. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bac+2 to Bac+3 level diploma in Biology or Microbiology.
- A solid understanding of microbiology and molecular genetics, including culture media preparation, microbial cultivation, and genetic transformation.
- A good understanding of data management and statistics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English is appreciated, as our team is international.
