Job Title: Material & Tools Coordinator M/F

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Material & Tools Coordinator to join our team at SPIE Oil & Gas Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement, maintenance, and management of tools and equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the procurement of tools and equipment to meet project requirements
  • Develop and maintain inventory management systems to track tools and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and address equipment issues
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize tool and equipment usage
  • Provide technical support to field teams on tool and equipment usage
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of tools and equipment

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced offshore environment
  • Fluency in English (D-Full professional proficiency)
