JOIN THE TEAM
To accelerate our growth and support our development teams, we have established a team focused on Developer Experience.
Our DevEx engineers collaborate with Tribes and Squads to streamline continuous integration processes, identify obstacles, and promote best practices that enhance product quality and delivery. They adopt a thoughtful and individualized approach to each Squad, helping developers work more efficiently.
As the leader of an agile team, you will play a crucial role in implementing these processes and tools while working closely with development teams and cross-functional teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT BETCLIC
In your role, you will engage in the following activities:
- Managerial oversight of a team of developers and experts (one-on-one meetings, annual reviews, performance evaluations, recruitment interviews, training follow-ups, skill development, etc.)
- Defining a roadmap and tracking commitments with prioritization, impact analysis, and performance measurement through KPIs
- Continuous improvement and optimization of the developer experience and application lifecycle
- Managing tools and integration components around Cloud, JIRA, monitoring, GitHub, code analysis, automated testing, etc.
- Supporting and training development teams on their practices
- Maintaining CI/CD tools and templates
- Ensuring agile practices through demos, retrospectives, and feedback
- Promoting quality practices
- Ensuring internal adherence to recommended practices for teams: TDD, automated testing, CI/CD, observability
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Engineering
- Keeping abreast of technological advancements and maintaining the platform's state-of-the-art

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- If your application is selected, you will be contacted for an HR pre-qualification interview.
- You will then be asked to complete the AssessFirst Test (personality, motivations, and reasoning).
- You will meet with your future manager (Head of Engineering) and then the relevant CTO.
- Finally, you will have a final HR interview where you will discuss your AssessFirst Test results.
To provide an ideal candidate experience, the recruitment process typically lasts between four to six weeks.
