About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Learning and Development team as an intern in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content using our internal tools to support our learning initiatives.
- Content Mapping: Ensure our internal catalogues are accurately mapped and up-to-date.
- Learning Management System: Review and update our Learning Management System to ensure seamless user experience.
Learning Catalogue
- Course Promotion: Contribute ideas to promote our existing courses and enhance their visibility.
- Catalogue Maintenance: Review and update our learning catalogue to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
- New Course Acquisition: Research and identify new courses aligned with our mapped competencies.
- Language Courses: Assist in the organisation of our language courses to support employee development.
Additional Responsibilities
- Co-Funding Reimbursement: Support the reimbursement process for co-funded projects.
- Learning News: Edit and publish the Learning News of the week to keep employees informed.
- Buddy Program: Implement and follow-up on the Buddy program to foster a sense of community.
Requirements
- Education: Currently enrolled in a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Team Player: Demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external partners.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and French, with German and/or Luxembourgish being an asset.
