Position Summary:
The DSI Group is at the forefront of digital transformation and modernization, working diligently to deliver value-added services to its clientele. To bolster these efforts and improve project delivery capabilities, a role for a Project Management Officer (PMO) has been established. This position is integral to the management of projects within the intricate structure of the DSI Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to formulate project methodologies tailored for the DSI Group.
- Develop and implement project lifecycle management methodologies.
- Establish a unified framework along with performance metrics for effective project tracking.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure coherence with strategic initiatives and roadmap definitions.
- Oversee project progress and milestones, guaranteeing quality outcomes within designated timelines.
- Assess risks and opportunities, suggesting modifications as necessary.
- Manage resource availability and financial obligations.
- Produce regular reports on project progress and executive dashboards for leadership evaluation.
- Facilitate communication with both internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and anticipated results.
- Participate in financial oversight processes, budgeting, and realignment activities.
Ideal candidates will possess a Master's degree along with demonstrated experience as a project manager or PMO within an international context. Familiarity with project management tools and portfolio management solutions is advantageous.
