Your Mission

Job Characteristics:

  • Work in 12-hour shifts (8 hours a day, 20 hours a week, and 20 hours a week)

  • Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

  • The function is performed 7 days a week and 24 hours a day

Key Strengths:

  • Recruitment in CDI – attractive salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort, and direct emergency calls

  • Monitor the availability of intervention vehicle crews

  • Plan transportation appointments

  • Update the team presence table

  • Verify daily workstations (computer, radio)

  • Be available on a permanent basis (in case of absenteeism or exceptional situations)

  • Remain on site or be called in case of exceptional events

  • Face risks related to working on the ground (installing equipment in a difficult environment)

  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the CRRA

  • Participate in planned or unplanned exercises (manifestations, large gatherings, etc.)

  • Team spirit

  • Psychologically demanding post

  • Receive and manage emergency calls from the Alpes-Maritimes department

  • Provide permanent medical listening

  • Determine and trigger the most suitable response to the nature of the call as quickly as possible

  • Ensure the availability of public or private hospital beds adapted to the patient's condition, respecting their free choice, and prepare their reception

  • Organize patient transportation from one establishment to another

  • Ensure patient admission

  • Remain in constant contact with intervention teams (radio, etc.)

The Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Medical Regulation Assistant (ARM) issued by a CFARM

Specific Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with hospital structures

  • Event management in exceptional situations

  • Communication techniques

  • Computer skills

Professional Qualities:

  • Rigour

  • Good articulation

  • Availability

  • A reassuring and courteous demeanor when answering calls

  • Ability to respond quickly, be invested, and motivated
