Eramet's Central Technical Department is seeking a highly skilled Process Safety Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement process safety standards and procedures for Eramet's operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in industrial processes.
- Collaborate with sites and project teams to ensure process safety is integrated into daily routines and operating procedures.
- Participate in safety assessments and reviews of change management processes.
- Support the development of industrial risk management routines and dashboards.
- Contribute to the definition of process safety standards and best practices.
- Technical and scientific background in industrial risks and process safety.
- Over 10 years' experience in industrial risks and/or process safety.
- Strong knowledge of standards systems and associated tools.
- Ability to teach, summarize, organize, convince, and argue.
- Good networking skills with a taste for matrix and functional relationships.
- Defending the Group's principles and policies.
- Ability to adapt to a wide range of regulatory and cultural environments.
