As a key player in the Innovation Pole of the Groupe Interaction (a national staffing company with over 400 million euros in revenue), we collaborate closely with 7 dynamic and forward-thinking start-ups based in Paris, Rennes, Bordeaux, and Annecy.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as the Bras Droit du CEO and Directeur de l'Innovation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of our company and the Groupe Interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the CEO in the daily management of MyJob.Company and in their functions as Directeur de l'Innovation;
  • Participate actively in innovative projects with the 7 start-ups of the Innovation Pole of the Groupe Interaction;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions;
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic meetings and the writing of reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Student in the final year of a prestigious engineering school with a marked interest in innovation (BigData, AI, Blockchain...);
  • Strong interest in entrepreneurship and start-up dynamics;
  • Ability to analyze, rigor, autonomy, and proactivity;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Comfort with computer and office software;
