Vehicle Fleet Administrator

The Fleet Administrator will serve as the primary contact concerning the vehicle fleet and operations for BYD France. This role is responsible for ensuring the BYD vehicle is safe to have on the road.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Develop service partnerships with car wash, maintenance, and repair providers to ensure optimal vehicle condition.
- Manage company car fleet, including vehicle handover, mileage tracking, insurance, and fuel/charging cards.
- Support insurance claims and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with project management, logistics, sales, and marketing teams regarding vehicle delivery, transportation, and demo plans.
- Inspect vehicles upon receiving and returning, ensuring adequate recording and reporting of vehicle condition.
- Prepare relevant documentation for vehicle registration and arrange license plates, insurance, and charging/fuel passes.
- Experience with fleet management and familiarity with fleet operations.
- Fluent spoken and written skills in French and English. Chinese skill is a plus.
- Driving license with good driving skills.
- Team player with hands-on job mentality.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize workloads and manage task variation.
