Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead our team in project activities, defining solutions from both a technical and architectural perspective.
Key Responsibilities- Lead team in project activities, defining solutions from both a technical and architectural point of view.
- Support presales activities, working with the sales team to define the solution to be proposed to the client and supporting the definition of related costs in terms of technical skill and person-days required to accomplish the task.
- Address technical issues and solve incidents affecting the area where the team is working, supporting the L1 team.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and external customers.
- Overall 10+ years of experience.
- 4 years minimum experience directly on ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Fundamentals Certified (CSA) and Implementation Specialist Certified (CIS) in at least two of the following modules: ITSM, ITBM, ITOM (Event Management), HR, SAM, CMDB, and ServiceNow microcertification on various areas, including Performance Analytics.
- Demonstrate strong technical competences, having worked on projects covering the above modules and having provided the definition of the solution to be provided to the client.
- Demonstrate strong technical (English) communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts in detail, clearly to other technical and non-technical people.
- Proven experience of ServiceNow Development Platform, including (but not limited to) ITSM, ITOM, Change Management, Custom Development, and other modules, with reference to projects where the candidate has worked extensively.
- Strong experience in the development of major elements of a ServiceNow solution, including frontend/backend scripts, business rules, UI scripts, transform maps, and integration with external systems using web services, email integration, and Single Sign-on Configuration.
- Strong Experience of ServiceNow Platform configuration to set up an instance, providing at least ITSM implementation, including also Service Catalog creation.
- Experience with PowerShell.
- Experience with SQL/Oracle.
- Experience/knowledge in monitoring tools/monitoring solutions for data centers (Nagios, Dynatrace, other).
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Client-Facing Communications (oral, written).
