Financial Analyst

About the Role

As a Procurement Accountant at Robert Half International, you will play a key role in managing the timely processing of invoices and resolving disputes with suppliers in an international context.

Company Overview

Our client, a leading international group based in Evry Courcouronnes, is seeking a Procurement Accountant to fill a 4-month temporary position with the possibility of renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist suppliers in registering correctly in the tool (procurement team, support/alerts).
• Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate and contribute to the management of the workflow and tasks with the current team.
• Support the transition by training operational staff and suppliers.
• Examine and review invoice coding, assign to orders, process payment sessions, and analyze aged balances.
• Act as the primary point of contact for payment issues.
• Manage the cut-off for monthly closing.
• Establish key performance indicators and reports for financial closing.
• Participate in and manage meetings with the Shared Services Center (due to the outsourcing of certain processes, controls...).
• Participate in E-Invoicing and E-Reporting projects.

Requirements

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (BAC+3).
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement accounting.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are proficient in Excel.
• You demonstrate curiosity and rigor.

• Salary: €45,000 over 13 months + €5,000 bonus (variable + interest)
