About the Job

This role is part of the HR department, reporting to the two accounting partners. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR department for France and abroad.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy and Policy
    • Define HR policy and projects based on needs and expectations
    • Pilot HR projects: internal events, employer brand development
    • Support, advise, and follow up with employees and managers on a daily basis: you will play a key role in proximity with teams
    • Implement an HR policy aimed at attracting and retaining employees
    • HR Development: conduct individual interviews, implement training actions, etc.
    • Establish and track HR indicators
  • HR Management
    • Pilot administrative management of entries and exits
    • Prepare mandatory HR documents (contracts, amendments, social contributions, taxes, etc.)
    • Manage and track employee onboarding process
  • Payroll
    • Manage payroll process from A to Z: French payroll, SDTC, and end-of-contract documents
    • Establish salary attestations, track IJSS and IJ pension payments
    • Establish DSN
    • Collect, transmit, and validate variable payroll elements for England and Portugal, and validate pay slips
  • Recruitment
    • Manage recruitment process from A to Z: posting ads, sourcing, chasing, conducting interviews, and taking references

You will be required to work on a part-time basis to provide consulting services to clients and maintain client files in social law matters.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in HR, Payroll, or Social Sciences
  • Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in a small to medium-sized enterprise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to maintain a proximity role with teams
  • Strong knowledge of social law and ability to write
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is an asset
