Position Summary:

  • You will serve as the initial contact for individuals facing technical challenges. Your role will involve conducting a preliminary assessment (via phone or a dedicated portal) of reported hardware and/or software issues. Based on the urgency of the situation, and if remote support is not feasible, you may opt to arrange for a specialized technician's visit.

Candidate Profile:

  • Essential Skills: Excellent listening abilities, patience, and a composed demeanor are crucial for effectively assisting sometimes frustrated users.
  • Educational Background: Relevant qualifications pertaining to the role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with the Windows/Office environment.
  • Licensing: A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
