All technical foundation solutions are offered by the two companies, Fayat Fondations: Sefi-Intrafor and Franki Foundation. The Foundation Division operates throughout the French territory, generates a turnover of €190 million and employs 625 staff.
Mission
The Senior Technical Studies Engineer is responsible for performing pre-dimensioning for pricing and project dimensioning for specialized foundation projects (piles, micropiles, underpinning, rigid inclusions). The Senior Technical Studies Engineer oversees and accompanies junior Technical Studies Engineers.
Reporting to the Technical Studies Department Manager at Franki Foundation, your missions are as follows:
- You participate in project preparation: analysis of consultation files, support for sales managers and commercial teams, pre-study dimensioning, and participation in technical meetings.
- You intervene in the development of calculation notes: detailed study of execution projects, development of technical calculation notes, and proposal of technical optimizations.
- You ensure project execution follow-up: realization and verification of necessary plans for the execution of studied works, modification/adaptation of calculation notes, etc.
- You oversee junior Technical Studies Engineers and validate documents produced by them (NDC, response to visa, etc.).
Profile sought
You hold a higher education degree (BAC+5) in engineering or a master's degree in geology or civil engineering and have at least 7 years of experience in a geotechnical engineering office or a construction company (foundations or civil engineering).
You have technical skills in developing large projects and master the following software: Plaxis, Foxta, Kréa, Talren, etc.
You have solid knowledge in geotechnics, material resistance, and reinforced concrete.
