About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Intern to join our Consumer Engagement team in the EMEA region. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Consumer Marketing Manager in building a comprehensive marketing strategy for the region, driving brand awareness and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a 360-degree go-to-market strategy for consumer marketing in the EMEA region
  • Prepare a monthly competitive overview and highlight key insights
  • Work on transversal projects to analyze consumer trends and competitive insights
  • Support trade initiatives and reporting
  • Identify and scale best practices in monthly consumer marketing calls
  • Coordinate PR needs and requests from global and affiliate teams
  • Drive regular analysis and provide key ideas to enhance PR efforts
  • Consolidate information and best practices from affiliates regarding virtual selling
  • Assist affiliates with product asset and social crop requests
  • Participate in corporate marketing and online meetings, and prepare a recap of ideas to share with the team
Requirements:
  • Available for a 6-month internship starting January 2025
  • Higher education (Bac + 5) from a business school or university
  • At least 1 year of work experience, with a focus on marketing and the cosmetics sector
  • Fluent in English (language of work) and ability to speak French
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
