Key Responsibilities:- Conducting kick-off meetings to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly defined.
- Organizing the project: team members, meeting frequency, communication methods, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Adjusting deliverables (project plan, roadmap, budgeting, risk management, etc.) to meet project requirements.
- Overseeing the project as a whole (quality/cost/timeliness) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Reporting to management on project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Establishing and monitoring indicators to measure project performance.
- Assisting the Cybersecurity Manager in managing the IoT ISMS, aiding in deploying the cyber strategy, risk analysis, etc.
- Participating in defining roadmaps for the IoT program.
- Managing a cross-functional team to ensure effective project execution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project management.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools to ensure efficient project execution.
- Autonomous, attentive, and open-minded with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to unite a team around a common project and see it through to completion.
- English proficiency required for effective communication with team members and clients.
- Occasional international travel may be necessary to meet with clients or attend project-related meetings.
