Your Responsibilities- Provide essential support to the purchasing team in achieving its objectives within a technical and industrial setting.
- Collaborate with site buyers to handle requests for prices (RFQ or bids) using advanced group tools.
- Manage various purchasing contracts, including project-based agreements, tooling arrangements, and confidentiality agreements.
- Coordinate the ordering and tracking of initial samples, ensuring timely delivery according to plan index changes.
- Maintain accurate purchasing data within an ERP system like SAP.
- Potentially lead independent sourcing projects in collaboration with the plant, negotiating costs effectively.
- Assist in negotiations related to non-quality costs.
- Utilize reporting tools such as BW to build key performance indicators (KPIs) for the purchasing department.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in purchasing or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP and its purchasing modules is a significant asset.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
