Skincare Education Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Skincare Education Project Manager to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our Education team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training tools, developing skincare mobile learnings, and ensuring the delivery and optimization of work tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Education Project Manager to design and develop training tools that meet the needs of our Beauty Advisors.
  • Develop and implement skincare mobile learnings for our Beauty Advisor app, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Develop and implement selling techniques that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Update and maintain existing tools and resources to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Trade Marketing.
  • Ensure timely delivery and optimization of work tools, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Plan and execute Train the Trainers sessions to ensure our Beauty Advisors are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business or a related field.
  • Previous work experience in luxury beauty sales or education.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for skincare and beauty, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Digital savvy, with experience working with digital tools and platforms.
  • Retail consumer-centric, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
