Position Overview
At Atos SE , a prominent player in the digital transformation landscape, we are seeking a dedicated Compliance and Certification Engineer to join our Research and Development team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our server components meet rigorous safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards.

Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Quality and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) manager, you will play an integral role in the development of servers and supercomputers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with mechanical and electronic R&D teams to ensure that components are compliant with applicable safety and EMC standards during the design and testing phases.
- Managing relationships with testing laboratories, assisting project managers in organizing test campaigns, and consolidating test reports for finished products.
- Proactively addressing any non-compliance issues during test campaigns and providing insights on international standards.
- Conducting technical monitoring of international standards relevant to the components and products developed by Atos.
- Centralizing and managing all test reports, certificates, and self-declarations for servers developed by Atos for global markets.
Additional Responsibilities
You will also assist R&D teams with compliance related to European directives, including:
- Ecodesign
- Accessibility
- Other applicable directives
Furthermore, you will oversee the management of certifications associated with relevant regulatory frameworks and coordinate strategies for maintaining normative information in our data archiving tool.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master’s degree in electronic engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an electric/electronic R&D role focused on product certification standards.
- Familiarity with electronic components, including power supplies and converters.
- Knowledge of EMC and safety standards such as IEC 62368 and 61010.
- Experience with testing activities for electric/electronic products.
- Understanding of certification processes for servers and computers.
- Awareness of environmental regulations regarding hazardous substances.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in technical and regulatory English.
