We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Policy Evaluator to join our team at Technopolis Group. As a Senior Policy Evaluator, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and shaping national and supranational policies. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing evidence-based recommendations to policy-makers from governmental bodies and public agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead evaluations and impact studies of public policies and programmes
- Conduct consultancy work for clients at various geographical levels, including the European Commission, French Ministries, and local authorities
- Develop and implement evaluation methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-specialists
- Contribute to the company's development activities, including drafting proposals
- Manage project teams of various sizes, depending on experience
- Master's degree in public policy evaluation, political sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, including direct involvement in policy or programme evaluation and impact assessment
- Experience with Better Regulation Toolbox, qualitative techniques, and project management
- Excellent communication skills and openness
- Fluency in French and English
