About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager to lead our Endoscopy team in France. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Manage sales performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
