About the Role:

Intérim Nation is seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the management of 11 properties in collaboration with an assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage properties, including drafting general meeting minutes and facilitating committee meetings and general meetings.
  • Implement decisions made by the management team and develop budget forecasts.
  • Monitor insurance and claims files, as well as manage legal disputes.
  • Coordinate maintenance, including service contract monitoring, and manage client, supplier, architect, and expert relations.
  • Conduct building inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

What We Offer:

Intérim Nation offers a competitive salary range of 35-45k, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment.
